Receptions: 700 persons
Seating in rows: 309 persons
Banquet seating: 220 persons

Please note:
Receptions (250 persons at the Comité Court plus 200 persons at the western foyer plus 250 Personen at the 1st floor);
Seating in rows (149 persons at the Comité Court plus 160 persons at the 1st floor);
Banquet seating (100 persons at the Comité Court plus 120 persons at the 1st floor)

Rent without heating or other additional costs:

5,500 euros regular
1,500 euros reduced internal link

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1.The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.
