Rent without heating or other additional costs:

650 euros regular
200 euros reduced internal link

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1.The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.

Chairs, tables (160 x 80 cm), 10 bistro tables, small stage (5 x 4.5 m), lectern, loudspeakers

The following firms have catering rights in the Würzburg Residenz:

Please note that when a catering firm is engaged, it has to pay 10% of the catering charges to the Residenz.
