The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2.
tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3.
the event is open to everyone and
4.
is suitably advertized and published.
If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.
Civil weddings: 350 euros
Secular marriage ceremonies: 400 euros
All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.
Additional costs and further details:
The personnel costs depend on the event.
