Suitable for the following:

Receptions, small concerts
(no balls or dances)

Maximum numbers:

Receptions: approx. 60 persons
Seating in rows: approx. 40 persons

Rent without heating or other additional costs:

500 euros regular
150 euros reduced

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.

 

All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.

Stand-up meals only
Events are limited to the palace terrace (floor covering: sandstone)

15 May - 30 September,
events only outside museum opening hours

Infrastructure:

Toilets, toilets for the disabled, cloakroom, side room

Technical equipment / furniture:

Power supply on the west side, no furniture available

Catering:

In the Veitshöchheim Palace and at the Court Garden catering is provided frequently by the following firms:

Please note that when a catering firm is engaged, it has to pay 10% of the catering charges to the palace.
